
Great food has always been a huge part of my life...
My mother was a Cordon Bleu-trained chef, and my family owned a deli in the East End of London, so I grew up with an appreciation of high-quality ingredients and how they can be combined to create something magical.
It was on a US road trip with my family when I first discovered the versatility and convenience of flavoured nut butters.
Back at home, I set about making my own recipes in my kitchen. I tried hundreds of flavour combinations.
I was also working as a personal trainer, so I really understood the importance of nutrition in being strong and healthy. I'm now training to be a nutritional health coach.
I always craved a speedy energy boost after workouts, and my nutritious, homemade nut butters became my go-to snack.
A lot of time went into putting the ingredients together, and I'm incredibly happy with what we've come up with. The flavours are just amazing.
... And so Jungle Butter was born! It quickly became popular at local Delis and in Planet Organic, and is highly recommended by health and fitness professionals as well as chefs.

Now, we focus on high-quality, delicious, natural ingredients.
We don't use palm oil, fake or refined sugars (apart from the crystallised ginger, which gives a much better ginger flavour than powder).
This means everyone can enjoy the incredible taste of Jungle Butter guilt-free, and benefit from all the goodness of nuts too.
