Literally the quickest, easiest and most flavourful energy ball you will make with the help of Jungle Butter Almond Ginger Nut Crunch!
Recipe
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup of Jungle Butter Ginger Nut Crunch
- Zest of half (I had a big lemon) or one lemon
- Desiccated coconut
Method
Simply mix the first 3 ingredients in a bowl, then add 2 tablespoons water so it makes a stickyish dough, you can use your hands to make it come together. Then shape into around 9 balls and roll in the coconut. Store in fridge ! Perfect for 'an on the run' or mid afternoon snack!
